“They were so warm and so caring that I just wanted to hug everybody. It was really a great experience for me and I hate going to the dentist, so I was very pleased”.

Our dear patient Maureen visited our Playa del Carmen location from Florida. “So I came up and the reception was very nice. She made me appointment right away because I told her I was from out of town”.

As soon as she stepped foot at our clinic she was impressed with the place and the attention she was receiving, “I didn't really know what to expect, but I was very surprised. I was very impressed with the technology. The technology was state-of-the-art. It was brand new, the place was very pretty, it was immaculately clean and that is very important to me. And the staff was very friendly”.

She received attention from Dr. Rivas during her journey to a renewed smile. He shared some of the process with us: “This patient came with us looking to cosmetic issues. After making the dental examination, our proposal was to go for the veneer smile design”.

To finish this process, the dentist placed dental veneers on Maureen’s front teeth.

After finishing her treatment Maureen shared with us some final thoughts about her experience: “The doctors here had state-of-the-art equipment. The place was immaculate, I felt like my dentist, I know they have other dentists, but the one that I had was not only an artist, but he was a perfectionist”.

She also expressed how attentive Dr. Rivas was during the process: “It was very personable, he told me what he was doing at all times, and it was more than I expected”.

Finally, she showed her gratefulness: “If I had something to say, I’d really like to thank everybody…There was nobody that didn't treat me like I was extremely special, all of them, by the time I left, after about two or three days, I think I had three treatments, I felt like they were my family. They were so warm and so caring that I just wanted to hug everybody. It was really a great experience for me and I hate going to the dentist, so I was very pleased”.
