To solve this problem, WhatClinic.com was founded in 2006 and to further assist tourist from all over the world; every year WhatClinic holds a contest in which they search for the best clinics in the world.

How do we evaluate these Awards?

To properly award the best dental clinic, WhatClinic takes into consideration several factors, these include: direct feedback from patients, as well as the clinic’s contact rate – which is made up of information from both email and phone response rates.
WhatClinic examines feedback and contact rate for a 12 month period. The clinic’s contact rate needs to be at least over 80% for a full year and higher for certain areas. If there are lots of clinics in one area with contact rates of 98%, even some of them might not have won.

How do I qualify for a Customer Service Award?

Every January WhatClinic run an advanced report that measures all the factors important to customer service. If you have a listing on our site for at least a year, you are automatically evaluated for the awards.
