Our team talked a bit with our dear patient Rick on the day of his follow-up appointment in Playa del Carmen; “This is not like dentists. I don’t like dentists one bit. Never have ever since I was a kid, which is why I’ve had some work piling up that I needed to get done. So when we came to Sani Dental, I think I said to a buddy after I left, it was like spending a day at the spa”, shared Rick.

Rick was visiting our clinic from Alberta, Canada; “…I have my own business in Canada, so with that, I don’t have a health benefit plan. And I needed to get some dental work completed and the costs in Canada were quite high when I went and got it checked out. So when we, inquired with Sani Dental, the cost made sense where we could come down here, get the treatment done, and have a little bit of a holiday at the same time” he shared.

Our patient had six extractions and dental crowns, with care provided by our expert team in Quintana Roo. He emphasized that the staff's experience and attention were the highlights of his visit: “The biggest thing was the experience was absolutely fantastic. Everyone here at the dental group takes care of you. They drove me to the dental. They picked me up at my Airbnb. Um… again, they let us know exactly what was going on, exactly what the procedure was gonna be. And like I said, it was very seamless, pain-free… it’s actually definitely, without question been my best dental experience I’ve had in my whole life”.
