“The doctor did an amazing, amazing job with no pain, no discomfort. The whole process was amazing. I love my new smile”.

Our dear patient Gail visited our clinic in Playa del Carmen from Virginia in the U.S. When talking to our team she shared a bit of her dental journey and why she wanted to get a smile transformation: “. I have had a pretty long journey with my mouth. I’ve had some, dental work done and... And I also had orthodontia done, as a child but then I did it again a few years ago... I like to smile. I smile all the time. So my teeth were straight, but they were also degraded from… I grind my teeth at night. So they were kind of worn down and yellow beyond repair. And I, I just didn’t like my teeth. So I was trying to figure out what to do”.

Gail shared that first, she learned about Sani Dental Group in Los Algodones, but after finding out about our location in beautiful Playa del Carmen, and after being in this amazing city previously she chose our clinic there to get dental care. “. I love it here. So, this was the office I chose because I love Playa”.

She shared some of her initial thoughts when starting treatment, “initially I thought I wanted veneers but my teeth were not, I wasn’t a candidate for veneers. And, the doctor suggested crowns, which I wasn’t too surprised. And I have other crowns in my molars, so I know the process. And, I realized too, it was, it would be more permanent”.

After choosing dental crowns it was time to start working on her brand-new smile. Our team took impressions of her teeth, to then begin the preparation of her crowns.” The second day, he did the preparation and, uh, temporary crowns. And then only two days later, my permanent crowns were ready from the lab. And I went back and finished everything with the permanent crowns”.

A final check took place to make sure everything was right, and Gail ended delighted with her final results.

“…Everything was good. And I am amazed. It was amazing from walking in the door. Everybody’s so nice, and welcoming. The clinic is gorgeous and everybody does everything to make you comfortable and it was amazing and I didn’t have any discomfort” she shared.

Finally, she added that she was happy to feel like she had strong teeth again and to have a natural-looking smile. “I will come back to have my teeth cleaned… … I have two children and they are both in college. And… it’s time for their teeth cleaning, and so I’m going to bring them to Sani”.
