I avoid writing reviews but this is 'no problemo!' Your Sani Warranty is GOLD! Two years ago, numerous Canadian dentists would not consider helping me with an 18 yr old bridge that needed replacing because of an extraction they deemed required an oral surgeon as well as bone grafting. They all talked specialists and $20,000+ for implants or dentures! No way...so I began researching and found Sani Dental and Dental Departures. 18 months ago, I had implants at Sani Dental followed by a beautiful 5 unit bridge... one year ago. There was a problem with the bonding cement and the bridge came loose, fell and cracked. Disaster! One phone call to Abril Reyes had her scheduling my appointment and stay at the Hacienda hotel, assuring me that there would be NO CHARGE for making a new bridge/associated costs or for accomodations. She was professional and reassuring. At the reception desk, Diana's smile made us feel welcome . Dr. Mike's professional assessment following the panelipse and intra-oral pics for Barbara showed required work that our dentist in Calgary missed three weeks earlier! What? Virginia (who later became my favorite/best translator with some very difficult questions I had for Dr. Rosario) expertly managed all the paper work as well as the insurance forms with proper clinic/dentist information and coding for the procedures. Dr. Rosario was meticulous, detail oriented and knew my concerns. A perfect fit! Thanks doc! In addition, Barbara insists the crowns she had at Sani from Dr. Noemi fit better than any 3D crown (produced in a dentist office) from Canada. The lab work at Sani Dental is exceptional. With a team/staff too numerous to mention, the best was the two thumbs up from Dr. Muniz when he saw my new bridge. I cannot speak highly enough regarding the professionalism, ADA clinical standards, and attention to best business practices at Sani Dental. Take a Mexican dental vacation - you will never regret this choice. Thank you Sani Dental for restoring my smile and confidence.

I was very impressed that I was able to leave with a partial when I came for a consultation. It happened that another front tooth fell out right before my scheduled consultation. I was really hoping they could and they did. The place is very nice and impressively clean. They did an awesome job in a 3 day time period. Almost everyone speaks English and they were all very nice and professional. It is a short walk from the border on the left.

I had 30 crowns and one implant with sinus lift and bone graft done- 2 sets of appointments 11/2016 and the follow up crown for the implant done 5/2017. Both times I was very pleased with the physicians and staff who treated me- very happy with the work done. I would not have been able to get the work done in this time frame, and within my budget in the US- even with good dental insurance. Well worth the travel!

I will say Sani Dental gets a 5-Star rating across the board.

Overall experience was outstanding. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Consultation was excellent with great options to choose from to take care of dental work. Work was carried out in a timely manner. Facility was very modern and very clean. The dental pricing for work done was excellent with a two year warranty. The big difference is the friendliness of the staff and the consistent care they give to each patient. My wife and I would have no problem recommending SANI dental to anyone. Also the people in the town of Algodones, Mexico are very friendly and so outstanding hospitality.

I want to Thank-You for standing behind your work and products. I had to have two bridges redone. One was on 2 teeth and one was on 2 lower implants. It was a tough fit! But Dr. Ivan was a good listener and his assistant (sorry I'm so bad at remembering names!) did his best to help me through the Ouchy parts . The new bridges are smooth and fit much more comfortably! I am considering another implant and crown, and will come back to the clinic for it when I am ready. Also the room at Hacienda Hotel was clean and comfortable, the little restaurant has fresh tasty dishes, and a perfect selection for dental patients! I appreciate the ride to and from the clinic. Also Jose who walked with me after a rather tough session one day! Everyone is very friendly and cares about you. Thanks again, Beatrice P
