I need to know who was the doctor who did my root canal on Tooth #14 in April, 2013.

I'm very pleased with Dr. Gustavo and the work he did. He is first class and his work is superior. The day my crown was ready to be attached to my implant he worked with the crown for a while and then told me that he was not happy with and asked if I could return the following day for a new one. It was not what I wanted to hear but, I figured if he didn't like the crown something was definitely not right. I returned the following day and after he was finished and showed it to me I was very happy we took the extra time. As I said the work and personnel were great. The one issue I have with Sani is the waiting time. My first appointment was at 12:00 and I din't get in the chair until 4:00. The second appointment wasn't nearly as bad but, it was still a 2 hour wait. The third one was set for 3:00 and I got in the chair at 4:15. The first time We went to Sani in November it was even worse. My appointment was at 10:00 and I never got to the chair until 4:00. This is my only gripe about Sani. The work is great . The price is right. The wait is damn aggravating.

The exam and cleaning were both very good. But as we have experienced in the past we were not seen until about 1:45 and our appointments were for 1:00. But we keep coming back.

The staff and doctors at this clinic are very professional, courtious and helpful each day of our appointments here. They went out of there way to assure that we were satisfied with all of the dental work by asking for our input and making sure of our comfort. The reception staff greeted us daily and scheduled the dental work efficiently. We will recommend them to friends and family and look forward to our return.

Excellent dental care and service. Facility is clean and comfortable. Much better prices than the US. Highly recommend the trip to this clinic. We stayed in the casino for our accommodations.

This was the fourth time coming to Sani. I was returning for a repair to my implant plate. I have been very happy with the work done by Sani and the one problem has been cheerfully fixed. My only concern is the long waiting times, even with an appointment. I understand the doctors have no control of what might happen with patients, but there should be more communication about when you might actually get in. Maybe appointments should be farther apart. My first appointment with D.r Melendez was for 4/27 at 9 am and when we arrived I was told to return 4/28 at 9 am. On 4/28 I didn't see the dr. until 12:30. Following that I was supposed to be back around 3 pm for completion and was not called until 9:45 pm! Otherwise I am very happy with Dr. Melendez work! I also saw Dr. Franco and was very happy with him.

Total sani dental group is supreme, Care always was there. 6 implants 2 root canals were done. I'm happy because there was no pain at all. I'm really happy with all of this department. Javier and Luis have been always taking care of me and are very, very pleasant and I look forward to my next visit on Octover or January. Thank you very much.
