I met Jose the first day we were visiting over a year ago'. He appeared to be an honest man and recommended your group to do the work , dental. You can be proud of him and how he represents your business. I know how important it is for employees to be positive and represent. your business. Hedoes an excellent job of doing this. He should be compensated fairly. A raise would be approproiate.
