Oh my goodness, where do I start? I am sooooo pleased with everyone and the beautiful work I had done at Sani! It started with my 1st call when Frank put me at ease and scheduled my appt and my Hotel Reservation. After a short drive to Yuma I walked across the border and then a short walk to the clinic and Vincent and front desk staff took my info and put me back in waiting area. I was immediately invited into patient coordinator Rudys' room where he went through everything that would happen. Then he escorted me back and almost immediately Luis took me for x-ray. Then Dr.Miguel and Dr. Mike took me in for diagnostics and gave me choices and explained worse and best case scenario and costs. Wow I am amazed, all so far are very sweet and friendly and yet very professional. Then I am taken into to Dr. Jose Manuel and his asst. What an incredible doctor. Made me feel immediately at ease and got right to work. The work (11 crown preps and bridge work and made temporaries) was done in record time. I returned the next day for metal fitting and porcelain color choice. Sunday was a off day to rest and get to know the town of Los Algodones better. Love it and the people. Monday I went in to be completed but not totally satisfied, Dr. Jose and team said no problem and went back to lab. Next day fitting with metal and next day completeion but not before I felt discomfort and Dr Jose suggested root canal. I agreed. In less and hour Dr. Jackie took me back for the root canal (again incredibly fast and painless) she and Rosa are amazing! And she escorted me back to Dr. Jose and assistant Erika who finished the job very efficiently and quickly since I was on a time schedule. I can't leave out the metal and lab techs because they too work so diligently together with doctors to make the job perfect. And the housekeeper who kept the clinic spotless. Thank you to the entire Sani Dental staff for a job well done. I am sharing my awesome experience with everyone. Love and hugs to all and I will see you again for my cleaning and other dental needs.
