every one was kind and helpful from the front desk to all the employees.I would advise thorough communication with clinic and Hotel desk to give acces to patient with 1 or 3 days free hotel accommodation free access as long as they are confirmed to stay.My overall experience was satisfactory and I would recommend sani clinic. your service and ontime resonce is inpecable. while this was a sercond return to correct poorly fitted crowns and pain when eating this time you all paid attention to my problem and responded quickly and had performed a quality job. Your staff, dentist, assisstant when friendly, polite, attenative to my needs and was able to correct the problem with a root canal, two new crown partials and a molar extraction. This work was professional, well done and I have absolutely no discomfort the day after. In accordance with your warranty you not only did this work with no charge for the crowns replacements, but also put me up in your hotel for two nights free of change . Appreciated having a translator during all procedures would consider a stay at the Hacienda next trip. Appreciated being free to ask questions often. And of course the savings in cost were the reason why we came and we are leaving feeling very comfortable with the service we received.
