As a follow up to my other review, I have now received confirmation from Kathleen of Dental Departures that Felix did receive my x-rays and that he could open and view them fine. Once again it is rotten to go there with every intention of having a root canal and they did not even have the decency to offer to do a filling. I also heard of someone that they did not get their records. If records are truly not being received, your problem needs to be fixed and it needs to be communicated to the patient BEFORE they are at the clinic that the records were not received. Proper commnication could allow the patient to re-think the expense of travel and the time if the expected help is not going to be followed through with. If Felix represents Sani and had no questions about the tooth location, the dentist should have questioned Felix prior to my appointment if there was a doubt. I appreciated the ride to and from the airport and the hotel was nice with many friendly people to visit with. Of course where I did not have anything done at the clinic I have been asked to pay for my room. I told Ramon I believe that Sani did not do anything for me. I spoke to your customer care person and told her all that happened and gave her a credit card number to run for the room charge I believe it was last Thursday. Then she calls and leaves a message that management would like a check rather than the credit card. How do I know the card has not already been run and I would be double paying? I tried to call her back Saturday afternoon and was asked to call Monday morning. I did try to call and left a message for her to verify the mailing address and how postage works. No message or return call was received so I guess I will wait until she calls again rather than me adding to my phone bill playing phone tag.
