I went to Sani in August of 2015, After reviewing my X-Rays and a consultation with the dentists I decided to have an all on four procedure ( 4 Titanium Implants ) and a bone graft. This was performed by the expert hands of DDS Luis Armando Melendez ( One Of The Best Implant Dentists In Mexico) I did not have any knowledge of him prior to my visit but I feel very fortunate that I was placed under his care. I came back home to Houston while my lower jaw bone healed and gained density. I remained in contact with Luis during the next 6 months while my jaw healed. I sent Dr. Melendez a panoramic X-Ray of my lower mandible and it was mutually determined that my mandible had healed, gained sufficient mass was ready for my permanent bridge. Just over a month ago I went back to sani to finish my smile restoration. After extensive internet research, I decided on a Zirconium Bridge and to have my upper teeth capped with Zirconium Crowns. This material is more expensive but has several clear advantages over crowns and bridges made of porcelain on metal. Zirconium is extremely hard. It is translucent giving the teeth a more natural appearance and the crowns never develop that tell tale black rim where the crowns meet the gum line Dr, Melendez promised me to build me a "Movie Star Smile " . My bridge and crowns were built using the latest state of the art cad-cam program and great care was taken as to the fit and the bite. This procedure was not without pain and discomfort but great care was taken by Dr. Melendez and his beautiful assistant another dentist named Scarlett as to my needs and level of tolerance to pain. I was also treated very well at the Hacienda Los Algodones the hotel that is associated with Sani clinic. The hotel is clean and comfortable and they provide complimentary passage between the hotel and the clinic. Dr. Melendez delivered on his promise and then some. I have the best smile I have ever had in my life. I am 63years old and my new smile makes me look much younger. I get compliments on my " Great Looking Teeth ) almost on a daily basis. My local dentist inspected my teeth and my bite and said Dr. Melendez did a great job. My total out of pocket cost for my whole mouth restoration was about $17,000.00 or between 1/4 to 1/3 of what it would have cost in the US.
