Alexandrina Victoria was 18th years old when she was crowned queen of the United Kingdom and Ireland in London’s Westminster Abbey (June 28, 1837). Currently Canada is the only country that commemorates Queen Victoria accomplishments and life. During the celebration several cities will hold parades; the most prominent city will be Victoria, British Columbia.
