Add Salt to Toothpaste

Salt offer us many benefits, not only does it make foods taste delicious by enhancing their flavor. In addition, salt can offer us many health and dental benefits. The health and dental benefits salt offers you, include:

Adding Salt to Toothpaste and Toothbrush

Adding small amounts of salt to toothpaste will enhance its abilities. Salt will offer your toothpaste whitening properties and if your toothbrush is new you can place it in a salt water solution, will make it more durable in use.

Mouthwash

When warm water is spiked with a bit of salt, it will transform it into an effective mouthwash; activating its health and dental benefits. If you have a sore throat, this mouthwash will effectively clear your throat and reduce infection.

Teeth Whitening

When your teeth become dull and stained, sprinkle dry salt on to your toothbrush. Brush your teeth and see how your teeth become bright and healthy.

Apple Cider Vinegar

If you love coffee or smoke, chances are that your teeth will become stain, a solution to this is using Apple Cider Vinegar (ACV). Banana/Orange/Lemon Peel

Believe it or not there is an affordable and easy trick to whitening your teeth, the trick is using a banana or an orange or a lemon peel. Using a peel and gently rubbing it in your teeth will whiten them. After rubbing it for a minute or so, rinse your mouth with water or mouthwash.

Coconut Oil

Coconut oil to clean your teeth? Yes, believe it or not coconut oil can be used to whitening your teeth. To receive the health and dental benefits, simply put a spoonful of coconut oil in your mouth and rub it between your teeth for 5 to 20 minutes, because coconut has antimicrobial properties it will do wonders to your gums.

Strawberries

As is strawberries were not delicious enough, now these berries also offer you both health and dental benefits. All you need to do is mashed up about four or five strawberries and rubbed this delicious mixture on your teeth. At the end you will need to do is rinse.
