You'll need:

  • 2 egg whites.
  • Ground black pepper.
  • 1 English muffin (100% whole-wheat).
  • Tomato.
  • Reduced-fat cheddar cheese.

In a small bowl, whip the egg whites, and season with black pepper to taste. Add the eggs to the skillet and scramble. Toast the English muffin and cut it in half. Add a slice of tomato, cheddar cheese, egg, and any ketchup or sauce you prefer. Now you have a delicious healthy sandwich for breakfast.

Bananas

  • 1 banana.
  • Maple syrup.

This one is simple and exquisite, you just need to put the milk, oats, and the chia seeds in a dish. Cut the banana in tiny pieces and put them in as well. Add as much maple syrup as you like and enjoy your breakfast with a lot of probiotics and calcium.

Green Vegetables

The benefits of eating green vegetables are countless. In these, you can find nutrients as vitamin A, vitamin C, magnesium, phosphorus, and calcium. Phosphorus is important for your teeth, as well as vitamin C, and of course, calcium. This recipe will provide you with a lot of nutrients, but more important, a lot of flavor.

You'll need:

  • 1 bunch broccoli.
  • 1/4 cup pitted black olives.
  • 1 orange cut in wedges.
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
  • Salt and black pepper.

Cook the broccoli at steam for about 5 to 7 minutes. Once it's soft, rinse it with cold water to cool. In a large bowl, toss the broccoli with the olives and orange segments. Add olive oil, salt, and black pepper as you like. Now you can enjoy a healthy breakfast full of nutrients.
